We do not create or fabricate records. If your accreditation body publishes your data, you are listed.
My lab's data is wrong or outdated. What can I do?
Use the "Report an issue" link on your lab's profile page. Our team reviews corrections within 5 business days. For urgent corrections (e.g. withdrawn accreditation shown as active), we prioritise same-day updates.
Claimed profile holders can correct contact details, website URL, and descriptions directly via their dashboard.
Can I opt out of being listed?
Our listings are based on public accreditation records. However, if you have a legitimate reason to be delisted (e.g. your lab has closed, your accreditation has been withdrawn), contact us and we will remove or suppress your listing within 10 business days.
Under GDPR, you have the right to request removal of any personal data we hold. Accreditation numbers and organisational data are public records and may remain.
