Performs microbiological testing of frozen, chilled, and ambient food products including meats, fish, vegetables, and pasta. Testing encompasses enumeration of aerobic bacteria, E. coli, coagulase-positive staphylococci, Bacillus cereus, Listeria monocytogenes, and Salmonella detection using culture and immunological confirmation methods.
