Machine Vibration Evaluation on Non-Rotating Parts

ISO 10816-1 provides general principles and procedures for measuring vibration on non-rotating parts of machines to assess mechanical condition and reliability. This foundational standard establishes measurement methodology, instrumentation requirements, and evaluation zones applicable across diverse machine types. Manufacturers, service providers, and plant operators use this test to monitor equipment health and prevent unexpected failures.
