Railway Pass-By Noise Measurement
ISO 3095 defines the standardized method for measuring and reporting noise emitted by railbound vehicles during pass-by at a fixed observer position. This is the primary standard used to assess compliance with European TSI Noise limits and national environmental regulations for passenger and freight trains.
