Sound Power Level โ Survey Method
This test determines sound power levels of noise sources using an enveloping measurement surface and sound pressure level measurements. It is a survey-grade method suitable for field measurements of machinery, equipment, and industrial sources in moderately reflective environments. The method is widely used for noise compliance verification, product development, and environmental impact assessments.
