Railway Vehicle Reference Masses Definition

This standard defines the methodology for calculating and specifying reference masses for railway vehicles, including tare mass, maximum operational mass, and mass distribution. Reference masses are essential parameters used in structural design calculations, brake sizing, dynamics simulations, and operational planning.
